The space doesn't match the photos or description?
Contact us within 2 hours of arrival with photos as evidence. We will find you an alternative space at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your M-Pesa within 2 hours. No questions asked.
The host cancels my confirmed booking?
You receive a full refund to M-Pesa within 24 hours plus KES 500 inconvenience compensation, paid automatically. The host's account is reviewed.
I arrive but cannot access the space?
Call or WhatsApp RealHive support immediately on 07XX XXX XXX. We will resolve within 1 hour or refund in full. Available 7am–10pm daily.
My M-Pesa was charged but the booking failed?
This triggers an automatic refund within 2 hours. We monitor every IntaSend transaction in real time. You will receive an SMS confirmation of refund.
How do I know the space is real?
Every host on RealHive has a verified phone number and email. Hosts with a ✓ Verified ID badge have submitted their National ID. Spaces with a RealHive Inspected badge have been physically visited by our team.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before booking start time receive a full refund minus service fee. Within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. See our full cancellation policy.
